About me
Hi, I'm Rachael, the founder of Eomma Law. I am a barred attorney in Colorado who provides insight-driven personal representation to my clients. My area of focus are estate planning and adoptions.
I grew up in Miami Beach, Florida and went to Florida State University, where I double majored in Psychology and Family and Child Sciences. Both degrees have helped me tremendously as an estate planning and family law attorney.
After earning my law degree from Nova Southeastern University, I was eager to explore the mountains and decided to enroll in the LL.M program at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, eventually earning two LL.M degrees.
My path to becoming an estate planning attorney was shaped by planning for my own family and wanting nothing more that knowing they will always be provided for whether I am here or not. In my experience I have noticed very few young clients were coming in to create estate plans, something that is certainly necessary. By creating Eomma Law, I am dedicated to working with young families to build an estate plan that is right for them, providing a specialized and personal experience ensuring that all wishes are documented.
With years of experience as a family law attorney and a degree in psychology, I understand family dynamics and how important it is to make sure your family is taken care of. I am known for my compassionate and empathetic approach, as well as my ability to create a safe space for every one of my clients. I myself am adopted and find no greater joy than helping families become a legal unit. Let's plan together, because as I am sure you know, no one plans better than a mother.
